Description (partial)

Symptom:
On a Cisco ISR G2 with Cisco SRE (Service Ready Engine Modules - internal or external), when energywise query is used to power off (transition to energywise level 0) from full power mode, there is a duration of about 2 minutes during after the query is issued during which the module will report a consumption of 0 watts.  During this 2 minute window, the SRE module is in the process of shutting down, and is not completely powered off. 


Conditions:
Only on ISR G2 with Cisco SRE modules, when utilizing Cisco Energywise to power off the SRE.
