Description (partial)

Customer will experience the following Interoperability issues when UCC integrate with CME 7.1 +B-ACD + CUE AA:

Call flow
Telco--->CME--->CUE AA--->(B-ACD)-->Hunt Pilot--->Agent Phone--->UCC Server--->UCC Client 

1.	When agent receives a call from Telco via CUE_AA and B-ACD, the UCC client shows the AA's number instead of PSTN caller's ANI. However, the Agent's Phone shows the correct calling party number from PSTN.

2.	Same call flow , the presence of Agent's UCC client stuck in "Ring In.." state until reset the UCC server.
