Symptom: When an application set a socket to NBIO from its default blocking mode and again it is set to blocking IO mode, TCP read/write operation still happens as per NBIO mode. Conditions: In default blocking mode, the behaviour is as expected. Only when the socket is changed from default Blocking IO to NBIO and then again set to blocking IO.
