When an application set a socket to NBIO from its default blocking mode and again
it is set to blocking IO mode, TCP read/write operation still happens as per NBIO mode.


In default blocking mode, the behaviour is as expected.
Only when the socket is changed from default Blocking IO to NBIO and then again set to blocking IO.
