Description (partial)

Subscribers are able to logon to Cisco PCA and access Unity Inbox. There is
no warning or other indication of a problem. However no messages are shown in
their Inbox. A new message can be addressed and recorded, however when
sending is attempted, a pop-up error says "MediaMaster not found!". If they
click OK on this error, then the message form is displayed again with an
error across the top that says "Error submitting message - Send message
operation failed", and the addresses are no longer listed and there is no
media master control available.

This can occur when subscribers are using Unity Inbox, and the mailbox store
is unavailable. This may occur when the store is dismounted or otherwise
offline, or when Unity does not have the appropriate permissions to access
the mailbox.

There is nothing logged in the Windows event log on Unity or the client
workstation specific to this attempt to use Unity Inbox. However the Unity
server will have logged warnings indicating that Exchange is offline at the
time the store became unavailable. The warnings look like this, with details
specific to your mailbox store included in the events:

Event Type: Warning

to deliver messages. Messages will be held in the temporary store until the
mail server is available. 1680
