Description (partial)

Symptom:
RTMT installationlog gives wrong info when the installation aborts in between
Conditions:
  When we tried to installed the RTMT 8.5 version in my laptop, I got the attached error info.
When we checked in the laptop , we could not find any valid installation of RTMT.
 When I have checked the installation log, in the summary it shows the installation was successful even though the installation was aborted in between.  This should be corrected in the RTMT installation log.
