Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a 5505/SSC operating in promiscuous mode  and a cable modem
is placed on the outside interface, all the outbound packets are dropped by the cable modem
because source MAC address inside each packet is the internal 5505/SSC's backplane
MAC address. 
Conditions:
Always if cable modem is locked into the 5505's outside interface MAC address
and 5505/SSC is operating in promiscuous mode.
