Description (partial)

Symptom:

1. Enter invalid VM credentials on the portal for a test user
2. Make sure the user cannot modify the VM credentials
3. Launch the application
3. Go to Settings -> Services settings page (under general)
4. The "Invalid credentials" message shows

Expected results:
- the message should not display while the user cannot edit/correct VM credentails

Conditions:

1. Enter invalid VM credentials on the portal for a test user
2. Make sure the user cannot modify the VM credentials
