Symptom: Changing the reporting datetime format to 24 hr time format from 12 hr AM/PM has no effect on EIM/WIM agent desktop and reporting. Conditions: To reproduce: control panel - > regional settings and language options - > regional options - > customize - > time and change the time format from 12 hrs to 24 hrs or vice versa (which is not the default time format for that datetime settings). Open up agent console and reports still show the time in default format for that datetime settings e.g. for US settings it appears as 12 hr format even after changing it to 24 hrs.
