Description (partial)

Symptom:
10k administrator may find that, on a 10k running 12.2(33)SCB4, a CLC failover will result in the number of pre-equalization information taps reducing from 24 taps to 8 taps.  The modem is operating on ATDMA phy mode before and after the failover, and the modem is not interrupted by dropping offline.

Conditions:
10k running 12.2(33)SCBx configured for N+1.
