Symptom: One of the following 2 symptoms applies: 1) The syslog/messages file on a subscriber node shows "ntpdate[#####]: no server suitable for synchronization found". or, 2) The subscriber installation fails during initial subscriber-to-publisher NTP time synchronization and InstallWiz blocks or abends Install with a message relating to NTP failure. Conditions: Both conditions below must apply: 1) IPv6 MUST ALREADY HAVE BEEN enabled on the publisher (e.g., via CLI 'set network ipv6 enable'). 2) The subscriber node is having problems synchronizing NTP with the publisher.
