Description (partial)

Configuration option for SWISS discovery response to overcome potential latency issues is requested on Mac agent - similar to NAC agent registry setting HKLM/Software/Cisco/Clean Access Agent/SwissTimeout (DWORD).

When Mac Agent sends SWISS discovery packets to the network looking for a Clean Access Server (CAS) through which the user can authenticate, the default 1 second timeout value for SWISS response may not be long enough to allow the response packet from the CAS in networks that include inherent packet latency like over satellite links. To address this issue, requesting an enhancement for Mac agent to provide an increased value for the SwissTimeout. Specifying a value greater than 1 will enable and increase the SWISS timeout delay on Mac Agent client machines
