Description (partial)

2800 routers may intermittently hang when under load. When this happens the console will become unresponsive and the router will stop passing traffic. The only way to recover is with a power cycle.

Under high CPU (80%+). This may occur when running complex feature sets, or when doing an IOS IPS signature compilation.
