Description (partial)

Symptom:

CUCM periodically terminates existing calls with MXE due to erroneous session timer expiration.

Conditions:

Experienced with CUCM 7.0.2 and 7.1.2.
If CUCM receives a re-INVITE while getting ready to send a re-INVITE for session refresh, CUCM never sends the re-INVITE. Eventually the session timer expires and CUCM tears down the call. See CSCtc87715: CUCM drops calls between CTMS and MXE due to session timer for additional details.
Issue is resolved with the following CUCM versions
7.0.2.11008-1 or later
7.1.2-10000-16 or later
7.1.3 or later
