Description (partial)

Symptom:
When there are some static routes of same destination with different next hops and route tag values, and redistribute them into BGP, inconsistencies of next hop address and local preference which is set in the route-map are observed.
Conditions:
When there are some static routes of same destination with different next hops and route tag values, and redistribute them into BGP:

Ex1. 
ip route 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 Ethernet0/2 10.2.2.2 tag 222
ip route 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.255 Ethernet0/3 10.3.3.3 tag 333

Ex2.
ipv6 route 2001:DB8:1111::/64 Ethernet0/2 2001:DB8:2::2 tag 222
ipv6 route 2001:DB8:1111::/64 Ethernet0/3 2001:DB8:3::3 tag 333
