Description (partial)

The SNMP Master Agent service has 10 available threads to handle SNMP activity(Get requests, traps, etc). If all 10 threads are consumed and another one is needed, CUCM will stop responding to SNMP queries. This defect tracks an enhancement to increase the total number of threads available.

CUCM stops responding to SNMP queries.  SNMP Master Agent traces show:
