Symptom: Conference call grid disappears from the CTIOS agents desktops. For regular UCCE agents, call can be dropped from hard phone. Mobile Agents has to log out to release the call. Conditions: Agent 1 calls a CTI Route Point Agent 2 answers call Agent 3 dials Agent 2 by extension Agent 2 answers the call from Agent 3 and then joins the two calls.
