Symptom: The SOAP message has elements, which are specified to be empty via attribute 'xsi:nil="1"'. The message is rejected by AXG as invalid. Conditions: XML schema declares that some elements can be empty via "nillable" attribute. The AXG policy contains virtual service that uses the schema for message validation. The message sent to the AXG has parts specified to be empty via attribute xsi:nil. The value of attribute is "1" which is valid value for XML schema type boolean and should be treated as "true". However, AXG rejects the message.
