Description (partial)

Symptom:

On 2106 and WLCM controller platform when "show ap image all" command is issued "Next Retry Time" and "Retry Count" will always display NA and 0 for APs which are in INIT state. 

This issues is not observed on 4400, 5500 platform.


Conditions:

"show ap image all" output displays "Next Retry Time" and "Retry Count" coloumn as NA and 0 for APs which are in INIT state. 

When "config ap image predownload <primary/backup> all" CLI is issued few APs start predownload and few will stay in INIT state depending upon predownload numbers supports for APs on each platform. When "show ap image all" command is issued to check the status of pre-download, "Next Retry Time" and "Retry Count" coloumn will always display NA and 0 for APs which are in INIT state.
