Description (partial)

During any Join Across Line (JAL) Call Scenario involving two Agents, Agent2`s Cisco Agent Desktop(CAD) does not display the Call History of the entire Call. 

1. Caller dials Route Point and Agent1 answers the call (Call-1)
2. Agent1 initiates a call to Agent2 IPCC Extn from Agent1`s Secondary Extension (Call-2)
3. Agent1 performs JAL (Call1 or Call2 Survives)

NOTE : Call-1 -> Call made by caller to reach Agent1
            Call-2 -> Call made by Agent1 to Agent2

NOTE : In any JAL Scenario, one of the calls (Call-1 or Call-2) is merged with the other call.
If Call1 is merged with Call2, then Call2 is said to be surviving call and vice-versa
