Symptom:
 
This is a debug ddts which can help in printing the packet stored at a particular qelem sitting in uncarved buffers i.e. <6-16> and <18-28>. You will see non-zero head tail value for the uncarved buffer pools (i.e. pool-id <6-16>,<18-28>).
 
 Conditions:
 
 There could be many reason for this but in most of the case it is due to bad u-code programming.
