Cisco Bug: CSCtc79905 - "DsSipDialogException: Cannot send UPDATE" encountered

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Call gets disconnected and the CVP log shows an exception like "DsSipDialogException: Cannot send UPDATE" encountered. Conditions: During a blind Xfer, the CVP SIP component may disconnect the call when UCM trunk sends consecutive UPDATE messages within a few msecs of each other. The problem has not been found before because customer was using a blind transfer to a DN that goes to a route pattern and out h323 gw, where the first 3 digits are stripped off. It is not a route point to a ICM script as usual blind xfer works with IPCC. This causes 3 unexpected updates to ANI to be sent to the caller on the SIP Trunk.
