Description (partial)


The member ports of a LACP port channel will bounce when adding a vlan to the
trunk allowed vlans. Upon issuing the confirguration on the Port-Channel the
port members will be brought down and back up.


This is only see in the following conditions:
- The ports are in a secondary aggregator
- The ports are in the primary aggregator and the primary aggregator has ports
that are not in P or D state

If the ports are in a primary aggregator and that all the ports are in P state
(or D state) then there will be no member flap upon issuing the command.
