Description (partial)

No audio is received or transmitted from the USB headset.

The setup is as follows.  A USB headset (Plantronics DA55) is plugged into a powered hub (D-Link DUB-H7).  The hub is plugged into an LKEM.  The LKEM is plugged into the RT Pro device.

Make several calls using the USB headset.  After several calls, no audio is received or transmitted from the USB headset.
