Description (partial)

Symptom:

When hairpin is removed from VRF lite configuration, the following tracebacks are seen.

Conditions:

Customer has VRF lite configuration with 2 PE routers in L3VPN configuration using 3.7.3 release.  The setup looks like this with VRF lite configuration.  When the connection from Router1 to Router2 is disconnected the tracebacks are seen.
