Description (partial)

 When both the TCP peers decide to close the session, RFC 793 provides that
each peer needs to send its own (Fin,Ack) and then also (Ack) to (Fin,Ack) of
the peer.
 CSG2 appears to close the session before the last Ack exchange:
 * Instead of forwarding the last Ack from the client to the server, it sends
an Rst to the client.
 * Instead of forwarding the last Ack from the server to the client, it's
silently discarded.
 The server side may run out of its sockets after a while
