Symptom:
Reproduce Step:
1. Create a new MIDlets service.
2. Phone Subscribe to this service.
Expect:
Subscribed MIDlets is accessable. 
Result:
Phone get JAD and JAR. However when try to open the MIDlets, it shows "Error contact administrator" and no MIDlets information is shown under softkey Details.

Conditions:
If just unsubscribe and then subscribe the same service again, this problem may not be reproduced. You may prepare two MIDlets service and alternately use them to see the problem i.e. unsubscribe MIDlets A then subscribe MIDlets B and unsubscribe MIDlets B then subscribe MIDlets A.
