Symptom: Agent logged into Desktop CADBE will auto login to Desktop CAD after Unified CCX failover Pre-requisite: On the agent client machine, have "Desktop Cisco Agent Desktop" and "Cisco Agent Desktop Browser Edition [CADBE]" opened for the same agent. During the time of Unified CCX failover have the agent logged into CADBE. After Unified CCX failover, agent is logged in to Desktop CAD instead of continuing to be logged in to CADBE Conditions: Behavior of CAD and CADBE during Unified CCX Failover.
