Description (partial)

Symptom:
 ACE sometimes resets client connections when load balancing to a transparent 
 serverfarm configured with the hash url predictor with persitence-rebalance 
 applied. The ACE increments the failures counter for the serverfarm when 
 this occurs along with the dropped conns counter under the service-policy.
 
Conditions:
 ACE is configured for load balancing to a transparent serverfarm configured 
 with the hash url predictor with persitence-rebalance applied. This is a 
 common configuration when load balancing to cache engines.
