Description (partial)

Symptom:

The Client Services Framework endpoint in phone control mode will not be able to make a video call.

The CAST server health field will not show connected.

The vieo service on the IP phone has crashed.

Conditions:

A Client Services Framework endpoint tethered correctly to an IP phone that has been provisioned in CUCM for video.

The endpoint becomes intermittently or persistently unable to make a video call despite having been previously able.

Certain actions such as frequently holding and resuming a video call may trigger this symptom, though it can occur at random.
