Cisco Bug: CSCtc72544 - Port # 2 of RSP-GE/ SUP720 behaviour needs to be corrected

Symptom: If both ports of the supervisors are connected at the same time and media type is changed on the fly, the display of idprom information and status of the port may not be valid. Conditions: Here are the steps to reproduce the same 1) Remove any SFP from port#2 2) connect RJ-45 cable and ensure link is up 3) Reload the system 4) After reload check "sh int gig 5/2 status" 5) Insert SFP-GE-S into port #2 6) Perform "sh idprom int gig 5/2" Observer the values in Hex 7) Change media type to sfp. 8) Perform "sh idprom int gig 5/2" observe no transceiver found message. 9) OIR the SFP and observe the above problems are solved. 10) perform "sh int gig 5/2 transceiver" 11) Observe DOM reading Error.
