Description (partial)

Symptom:
After synchronizing a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express in Provisioning Manager, the phone for a synchronized user is visible as a shared phone and the associated line will have a different display name than the original synchronized user.

Conditions:
This occurs only in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, the username in the ephone is different from the username mentioned in the description field of the associated ephone-dn.
