Description (partial)

Symptom:
SIP Device Profile Types that do not support Extension Mobility are displayed.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when you want to order Extension Mobility Access service for a subscriber.

Following are the two scenarios where you will see this issue:

- The Service Area selected has a Call Processor with the phone protocol SCCP.
You order Extension Mobility Access on a phone which supports Extension Mobility Access on SIP but not on SCCP.
The Phone Button Template list displays and lets you select a phone button template for a phone that does not support Extension Mobility Access for the SCCP protocol.

- The Service Area selected has a Call Processor with the phone protocol SIP.
You order Extension Mobility Access on a phone which supports Extension Mobility Access on SCCP but not on SIP.
The Phone Button Template list displays and lets you select a phone button template for a phone that does not support Extension Mobility Access for the SIP protocol.

The  orders will go through on the Provisioning Manager side. However, the order will fail on Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Eventually the order will failure in Provisioning Manager as well.
