Headline: Browser refresh issues when deleting Cisco Pulse user

Symptom: 
In the Administration/Users page, you delete a user, then receive an error message saying that the user does not exist in the database. 

Conditions: 
This issue can occur under these circumstances:
* In the Administration/Users page, you delete a user. 
* You then refresh the Users page. 
* You receive an error message because you deleted a user who was already removed from the database.
