Description (partial)

Symptom:

The Cisco Port Forwarder ActiveX does not get automatically upgraded
on a client machine even if the ASA has  newer version of the ActiveX.

This primarily affects the RDP plugin (activex only) when the user is 
affected by bug CSCtc70548 also: 

- The RDP plugin fails when launched with ActiveX.  And it works with JAVA.
- The ActiveX plugin gets stuck in a "Loading" state and the session never appears. 
 
Conditions:

- Upgraded to ASA version 8.0.4.35 or later, or 8.2.1.10 or later to get around CSCsx49794
- Using a 3rd party certificate for webvpn which contains an identity cert, intermediate cert, and root cert.
- Have the ID and intermediate certs installed in one trustpoint & the root cert installed in a separate trustpoint
