Description (partial)

When AAS process is restarted some of the agent-skill assignments were removed by AAS in ICM AW. After the initialization is complete, ICM AW is not in sync data with Symposium.

AAS logs we see eventtype 5 messages in between eventtype 6 messages.

All versions.  ICM symposium PG with AAS enabled. AAS restarted when ICM DB is in sync with Nortel SCCS w.r.t agents, skills, agent - skill assignments.
