Description (partial)

 When performing ISSU from SXI2 (or SXI2a) to SXI3, the system will go into RPR 
mode on version reload.
  "Operating Redundancy Mode" will be RPR and "Configured Redundancy Mode" will 
be SSO.  
 When ISSU command "redundancy force-switchover" is issued, the new active 
 When performing Fast Switch Upgrade (FSU), the standby may hang at RPR Standby 
 status and may not take over as Active.
 This issue only occurs when performing FSU upgrade from SXI2 (or SXI2a) to 
SXI3 release.
