Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unified Cisco Interaction Manager 4.3(1)  Agent logins to a different Skillgroup than Expected.

Conditions:
Whenever a Skill Group is defined in the system, the MRD( Media Routing Domain) of that Skill Group cannot be changed in any update operation.The ICM Configuration Manager's Skill Group Explorer Tool grays out and disables the Drop down box for the MRD once the Skill has already been defined. Bulk Edit Tool does allow this MRD change to be done.
