Symptom: Integration of CRS 7.0.x with Nuance 4.5 TTS may cause prompt manager on CRS server to go in partial state. Conditions: The cause for this issue is if we select "Default TTS Provider" under "System -> System Parameters" which is not configured and available in the "Subsystems -> MRCP TTS -> MRCP TTS Provider List". This may result Prompt Manager is going to Partial Service Status.
