Description (partial)

Integration of CRS 7.0.x with Nuance 4.5 TTS may cause prompt manager on CRS server to go in partial state.

The cause for this issue is if we select "Default TTS Provider" under "System -> System Parameters" which is not configured and available in the "Subsystems -> MRCP TTS -> MRCP TTS Provider List". This may result Prompt Manager is going to Partial Service Status.
