Description (partial)

A loop as been found in the send message part of the conversation. It was initially reproduced while doing some testing where calls were put on hold and transferred. Somewhere along the line, a disconnect was missed.

Found in 8.0 EFT2.

These are the basic steps I was running when the problem happened. However, it is not easily reproducible.
1. Dial Unity from Subscriber extension
2. Press Transfer
3. Dial Unity Pilot
4. Dial #
5. Dial Subscriber extension you want to leave a message for, then press #2
6. Listen to most of greeting then hangup (or press Transfer)
7. Make sure all lines are disconnected on the phone.
