Description (partial)

Symptom:
 
 Speaker/Headset/Hand set does'nt work after phone not registered state.
 
 Conditions:
 
 1. Register one RT phone with UCM.
 2. Restart the phone from UCM.
 3. when the phone displays the message "Phone Not Registered" and the 
throbber icon is animating, 
 on the phone press the speaker, headset buttons and lift the hand set and put 
it down continuesly (should be before phones registers back with UCM)
 4. Now after phone registers with UCM, on the phone try to go off hook using 
the speaker key or head set key or hand set.
 5. Phone does'nt go to off hook using these keys.
