Description (partial)

EzVPN ip local pool might become exhausted even though the number of clients connected is not expected to use all addresses from defined ip local pool.

This is the result of a progressive leakage of IP addresses not being returned to ip local pool upon ezvpn client connection termination.

This symptoms has been seen on Catalyst 6500 with IPSec-SPA-2G module, when running
SXH4 software image.
