Description (partial)

Symptom:

EzVPN ip local pool might become exhausted even though the number of clients connected is not expected to use all addresses from defined ip local pool.

Conditions:

This is the result of a progressive leakage of IP addresses not being returned to ip local pool upon ezvpn  client connection termination.

This symptoms has been seen on Catalyst 6500 with IPSec-SPA-2G module, when running
SXH4 software image.
