Description (partial)

Symptom:

ICMP unreachables are not generated for packets sent to interface Null0 by a PBR policy (set interface Null0) unless CEF is disabled.  

e.g.

interface <interface>
 ip policy route-map drop
!
route-map drop permit 10
 set interface Null0
!

Conditions:

Affects any packets sent to interface Null0 by a PBR policy.  Packets sent to interface Null0 by static routes are unaffected.
