Description (partial)

Login to the SCE may fail although valid username/password are used to login. This may happen if TACACS is used with an encryption key that contains spaces. The SCE does not treat the space as a valid character in the key and teminates the key on the first space.
For example: if the configured key is "3b663ea010446e 72ecea2f1244853f73", the SCE will take the key as 3b663ea010446e.

The SCE is configured to use a TACACS server as its AAA method.
