Description (partial)

Symptom:

until CS-MARS OS version 6.0.2, "ethtool" command can only execute from
expert mode, yet from 6.0.3 it becomes public command as follows.
Therefore, ethtool command should be documented in the following CCO site as well.

Conditions:

We can use ethtool command from 6.0.3 as follows.
the usage guide line should be documented  for customer 
to understand the command.
