There is a known limitation of the CAD client tracked in a separate enhancement defect CSCtc54398 - CAD client can be the only presence client instance running on a machine.

This is stated in the CAD end user guide in the 'logging in' section:

"NOTE: Do not attempt to log into Cisco Unified Presence through both Agent Desktop and Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, even if you use different user IDs to do so. Cisco Unified Presence can communicate with only one client application at a time on one computer."

This gives the user impression that:

1. The limitation is on the CUP server side. However, it is the CAD client limitation.

2. The issue is related to CUPC only - however, it can be any presence client (e.g. another CAD instance if the machine is a terminal server).

The limitation should be reworded accordingly.
