Description (partial)

Symptom:
Changed hostname from "esp28" to "newesp28".  The following CLI still seems to referencing to esp28.  
XCP counter mentions hostname while old proxy ones doesn't.

admin:show perf query counter "Cisco XCP Router" Sip_Tcp_Requests

 - Perf class Cisco XCP Router(Sip_Tcp_Requests) has values:
	 ERROR: invalid counter name (Sip_Tcp_Requests).

admin:show perf query counter "Cisco UP SIP Proxy" HttpRequests

 - Perf class Cisco UP SIP Proxy(HttpRequests) has values:
                    -> HttpRequests = 0

admin:show perf query counter "Cisco UP SIP Proxy" IPPMMessageRequestOut

 - Perf class Cisco UP SIP Proxy(IPPMMessageRequestOut) has values:
                    -> IPPMMessageRequestOut = 0

admin:show perf query counter "Cisco XCP Router" RoutePackets

 - Perf class Cisco XCP Router(RoutePackets) has values:
    esp28-> RoutePackets = 695318

Conditions:
This issue will be seen anytime the hostname is changed and the XCP counters are accessed from 
the CLI.
