Cisco Bug: CSCtc52249 - UCSM GUI sessions cannot be deleted/cleared

Symptom: When the WEB/GUI session (session ID start with web_ prefix ) is deleted/cleared from either the CLI using the 'delete user-sessions local <uid> <sid>' command from the security scope, or from the UCSM GUI (Admin tab > Locally Authenticated users', the GUI session stayed around. Once the WEB/GUI session is "deleted/cleared", the session is not longer visible on the GUI or on the CLI (via 'show user-sessions local' command), even though the WEB/GUI session is still active and can make changes to the UCS. Doing the same on ssh or telnet session would cause that session to be disconnected. Conditions: Deleting/clearing USCM GUI/WEB session.
