Symptom: When a packet of ipv4 total length 40 bytes is send with crtp enabled, xbma crashes. Conditions: with ipv4 total length 40 bytes and crtp enabled there is no payload to gather. As the complete packet(of 40 bytes) is only header. This case is not handled and xbma crashes when it tries to gather payload.
