Symptom: Change Phone orders processed through the user interface stop during the INPROGRESS state. when the device security profile field value is set to BLANK. Conditions: For Change Phone order using the user interface, when the value for the Device Security Profile field is left empty, the order stops in the INPROGRESS state with the following error: "Operation failed due to the following error: A device error occurred, please check NICE log to determine the problem. "
