Description (partial)

Symptom:

Using valid phone MAC addresses in a custom file for updating phones returns "no records found".
Conditions:

Create a custom update file with valid device MAC addresses listed on separate lines. Upload file with Target "Phones" and Transaction Type "Update Phones - Custom File". Select "Update Bulk Phone Template where Device Name in custom file <file>" under Bulk Administration -> Update Phones -> Custom File
